Step 1- Enter the following details to receive an OTP

1. Unique Code
2. Name
3. Mobile Number
4. State/City
5. E-mail id
6. Mode of Reward (UPI/Bank Account)
7. Captcha

On successful verification of the OTP, you will receive the cashback within 5 working days.
